Associate Professor of the Department of Biological Chemistry and Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Yevheniia Vashchyk took part in the INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE “BIOSAFETY, PROTECTION AND WELFARE OF ANIMALS” on 28.11.2023, organiser: STATE INSTITUTION “SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL CENTRE FOR HIGHER AND PROFESSIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION”, co-organisers: National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University and presented a report on “Bacterial biosecurity of food eggs: IMPROVEMENT OF VETERINARY AND SANITARY MEASURES”. The issues of development of innovative technologies for the prevention of bacterial diseases of poultry and production of high-quality and safe food eggs in accordance with the principles of the HACCP system are presented. An improved scheme for managing the risks of bacteriological biosafety of food eggs based on HACCP principles is proposed.
