On February 1, 2022 the staff of the department and members of the SNT of the department took part in the II International scientific-practical conference “Modern aspects of drug development”. On February 1, 2022 on the basis of the Department of Analytical Chemistry and Analytical Toxicology of the National University of Pharmacy the II International Scientific and Practical Distance Conference “Modern Aspects of Drug Development” was held, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Professor V.V. Bolotova. The scientific event was attended by employees of the Department of Biological Chemistry: Head of the Department, Prof. Vera KRAVCHENKO, prof. Ludmila MALOSTAN, Assoc. Igor SENYUK, Assoc. Oksana KRASILNIKOVA, Assoc. Anna KRAVCHENKO and assistant Oksana TKACHENKO, assistant Galina STOROZHENKO. For the first time, the students of higher education faculty, members of the Student Scientific Society, citizens of the Kingdom of Morocco BENARAF MOHAMMAD AMIN (5th year) and EL MEHDI TOLBI (4th year) presented their works. The main content of the publications was the fact that no biochemical study is conducted without the use of analytical methods. On December 21-27, 2021 was the III International Medical Conference for the treatment of patients with Duchenne / Becker muscular dystrophy on the topic: “Treatment of MDD after loss of outpatient capacity” on the basis of the municipal non-profit Kirovograd Regional Hospital Kirovograd Regional Council” Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine. On December 15, 2021, the staff of the department took part in the scientific conference of the Ukrainian Diabetes Association “Century of success in the treatment of diabetes. Results of 2021 ”chaired by Mankovsky Borys Mykytovych, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Professor, Head of the Department of Diabetology, National University of Health of Ukraine named after P.L. Shupyk, member of the presidium of the European Diabetes Association (EASD), president of the Ukrainian Diabetes Association. The conference presented interesting facts in the dynamics of 100 years of study and pharmacocorrection of currently incurable disease – diabetes. The event brought together many experts in experimental, clinical and practical science: endocrinologists, pharmacologists, pharmacists, biochemists, chemists, therapists, biologists, geneticists and other categories of researchers who are not indifferent to this issue.

The eduGAIN service and its evolution were presented at the webinar; was informed about the services available through eduGAIN, possible usage scenarios, as well as about the technology and technical implementation of eduGAIN.
On April 29, 2012 in the framework of the I All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference with international participation “YOUTH PHARMACY SCIENCE”, the Department of Biological Chemistry held a section meeting on the conference “Modern aspects of normal and pathological physiology and their biochemical mechanisms in medicine and pharmacy.” 15 applicants for higher education of 2-4 courses presented their scientific works.
