April 27 is the World Veterinary Day. This day is held under the auspices of the World Veterinary Association. The World Veterinary Association is a federation representing more than eighty veterinary medical associations around the world. Its goal is to promote animal health and welfare and the realization that animals and humans live interconnected lives.
📍During the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian veterinarians have been rescuing animals even in emergency situations. They are being taken out of the flooded areas.

⚡️І In this constant flow of goodness to the four-legged, there is no way to do without veterinarians. It is they who treat, operate and rehabilitate animals after various emergencies. There is enough work for those who are closer to the front line and those in the rear regions.
⚡️Ставлення Ukrainians’ attitude towards animals and the development of veterinary medicine once again proves our commitment to European values. Among them is the humane treatment of animals.
